We understand that you may have some reservations regarding the Visum Light, and although Photonic Healing, LLC is confident that you will be completely satisfied with our product, we offer a 45-day No-Worries Guarantee on the Visum Light only. Flex Pad are deemed a medical device and are only returnable if there is a manufacturer defect.

We truly believe that you will love your Visum Light, but if for some reason you’re not completely satisfied with the results of the Visum Light, simply contact us for a return authorization number.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and all products and materials must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. Shipping and credit card processing fees are not refundable. A $25 charge will be assessed if the Operating Manual has been marked.

Credit card processing fees are  no longer refundable due to policy changes by them where they do not refund the fees regardless of the reason. Therefore, any purchases made thru a credit care that are returned or cancelled, will sacrifice the fee portion of the transaction.

It is advisable to take extra care with your products if you are not 100% sure you are going to keep them. It is difficult to damage the light but if the lens is chipped or parts are missing, the refund will be adjusted based on the retail price of the item.

We have suspended all international shipping from this website. If you are interested in placing an order you must contact us for a quote. The Visum Light and Flex Pads use Lithium Ion Batteries and the current shipping restriction is a maximum of TWO batteries per box in a shipment.

Sorry, we can NOT ship to International PO boxes, please provide a street address for delivery. We currently ship to all major countries and are happy to individually quote you a price for any other country not currently serviced. If you are in a country that does not come up as one we ship to, please contact the office for arrangements.

We continue to monitor the status of current affairs and look for the best shipping solution for our customers. We prefer to use DHL but there are many post codes in which there is a remote service fee attached.
