Affiliate Agreement for Visum Light: Requirements and Path to Success

Affiliate Requirements

1. Ownership of Visum Light Products
   • You must own a Visum Light Handheld Device and/or Flex Pads. This ensures you have firsthand experience with the products, enabling you to effectively explain, demonstrate, and promote them to others.
2. Client Base or Email List
   • You must have an audience or email list to share your affiliate link with, ensuring your ability to reach potential customers effectively.
3. Minimum Annual Sales Requirement
   • Affiliates are required to achieve $3,000 in sales annually through their affiliate link or documented referral.
   • Affiliate performance will be reviewed annually, and the first year will determine whether the agreement is renewed. Continued interactions and sales are critical to maintaining your affiliate status.
4. Active Engagement on Social Media
   • Affiliates are expected to engage actively in our social media platforms:
     • YouTube
     • LinkedIn
     • Meta (Facebook)
     • Instagram
     • TikTok
   • Sharing posts, commenting, and engaging with our content will help drive success for both you and Visum Light. While participation across all platforms is encouraged, we understand individual preferences.
5. Agreement Scope
   • This agreement applies exclusively to VisumLight.com and products offered on the site, including AAH Flex Pads.
   • For higher commissions on AAH Light products, a separate agreement and initial purchase may be required.
6. Effective Date
   • This agreement supersedes any prior affiliate agreements and becomes the governing protocol effective February 1, 2025.

Getting Started

1. Affiliate Registration (Ignore this step as I already set you up, this is for new Affiliates)
   • Sign up as an affiliate at Visum Light Affilitate  by clicking the “Register” button.
   • Applications will be reviewed, and if approved, you will receive your affiliate link. Note: If you have already signed up and have a link, no further action is needed. Ensure your registration information is accurate, as links cannot be changed.
2. Commission Details
   • Starting commission rate: 10% on all sales, including sale items.
   • Commissions will be reviewed annually, with the potential for increases based on performance.
3. Commission Payment
   • Commissions can be used as store credit or paid out 45 days after a purchase is completed.
4. Required Documents

• Once your application is approved, provide the following:
  • A completed W9 form.
  • Bank information for commission payments.
  • A signed copy of the Affiliate Agreement.

1. Promotional Activity

• Actively share Visum Light newsletters, posts, videos, and announcements with your contacts to drive awareness and sales.
• Encourage participation in our Upcoming Events which are announced in the newsletter and posted as “Events” on the website.

Acceptance

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept these terms and are ready to begin your journey as a Visum Light Affiliate.
